Argument: If you are a clinical social worker or therapist, you should see a therapist yourself.

Well I think that any therapist/mental health clinician should be in therapy. First, I think most people could benefit from therapy. Second, if you think you don't need it but your clients do, what self-image are you bringing into your work? Why do you think you are different? Third, self understanding can help you relate better to your clients and understand your own counter-transferences.
